Business Models and Osterwalder

Who ever thought Business Models would be this much fun!

A smart fellow with the name of Alex Osterwalder came up with a very interesting way of modeling a business. Essentially you analyse your business, stakeholders, distribution channels and then plot the information on a template such as:

Osterwalder Business Model

Whilst doing research for a Business Fundamental assignment, I found the model below on the site businessmodelsinc.com. It is the same template as above, but with images instead of text. Imagine how much fun it could be working on your next model?

FiFa Business Model - Osterwalder

It is pretty straightforward and you discover a lot about the business you thought you knew like the back of your hand. I wish I had the art skills required to make mine as pretty as the Fifa one ;-)

I struggled to find a usable template and being the nice guy, will post a link to a Power Point template you can use**.

OK, now for that link: Making it easier.

Talking about FiFa, who do you think will win the World Cup? I think it is time for an underdog to raise the cup :-)
